Web Site Quality Assessment and Improvement of the Lithuanian Real Estate Problems of E-advertisement Market

The graduation paper discusses web site quality evaluation, it’s criteria and the methodology of the surveys. According to the analysis of scientific literature and international quality standards the concept of website evaluation is presented. The paper presents the websites quality evaluation model ISKV-9/10 and developed quality assessment methodology. Preparation of this research paper was based on literature analysis and empirical studies, development of quality assessment methodology and the survey results. Objective of the study is to present a model of evaluation and improvement of quality to the e-business model “e-advertisements”. The study was conducted in four phases: site quality was analyzed by the automatic machines, surveys with users and developers were conducted and the data generated during manual testing was studied. After the evaluation process of the real estate advertisements portal, recommendations to improve the quality of the website are formulated, the list of areas which need to be improved and change in performance after the adjustments are presented.
