Today‘s football is athletic and very dynamic, needing a lot of physical as well as technical-tactical, psychological and co-ordination abilities. It is very important to start development of co-ordination abilities already at initial stage of training because co-ordination abilities creates preconditions to learn different movements in economic and precisely way. That is why the study of co-ordination abilities in different age childrens performing various moving activity becomes of special importance here.
The problem arise in more broad way investigate characteristics of co-ordination development in 10-11 year old boys attending football training.
The object of investigation – development of co-ordination abilities during the football training.
The aim of investigation – to study the development of co-ordination abilities in 10 – 11 year old boys during football training.
The tasks of investigation:
1. To prepare training module of physical exercise for the development of co-ordination abilities by the way of using balls of different size.
2. To evaluate physical preparation and apart variation of co-ordination abilities during the period of experiment in 10 – 11 years old boys.
3. To disclose suitability and efficiency of prepared exercise module in training of young football players.
Methods for the implementation of the aim of investigation: analysis of scientific data, educational experiment, testing, statistical methods.
Pedagogical experiment had lasted three months, two groups of boys E1 and E2 for the investigation were selected by the way of practical choise, each group consisted of 17 individuals. Experimental programme was constituted of three training module. Agile games appointed for the development of co-ordination abilities by the way of use of different size ball were involved into warm–up part of training; during the main part of training – 4 – th size balls ordinary for 10 – 11 year old boys were used in the first training module. During the second training module warm-up part of training was performed using the excercise with ordinary balls and the main part was performed by nonstandard balls. During the third module training was mixtured: during one training nonstandard size balls were used at warm-up part, during another – at the main part of training. Different games with different tasks constituted experimental programm: there were involved tricks, kick of ball to the goal from inconvenient conditions, control of ball by both legs and gymnastic elements.
It was found out that E1group boys made a bigger progress and their co-ordination abilities were better in compare to E2 group. The discrepancy of arithmetic median (mean) of all results were statistically significance except long jump and back jump. The greatest improvement of results the E1 group boys made by hitting the target with a ball – the results of felicity by hitting ball with right leg was better 2,04 time and by left leg – 3,33 time. The games like control ball by both legs involved in the experimental programm positively influenced control of ball by left leg for the E1 group boys. The boys from E2 group was trained by the standard training programm so the marginal increase of their physical preparation and co-ordination abilities were observed.
The data obtained shows that it is possible to improve co-ordination abilities and the level of other physical preparations in 10 – 11 years old boys by the way of use of different exercises with nonstandard size balls in the training programm. It is appropriate to prepare the complex of exercises for the development of co-ordination abilities for such age of football players. We suppose that better results of co-ordination abilities let them quicker and on an even keel to learn different football technical movements in the future.
