Issues of the Modern education demand to create new educational system. In this context the Game was analysed as modern model in educating person’s culture. Unique game model „Leader“is evaluated representing it‘s educational issues and perspectives. All elements of the game such as continuity, number of players, needed gadgets, process and result were evaluated on the new taxonomy of educational objectives basis. It is united in one set determined by presented rules, game cycles and roles played in the game. Educational impact is based on selected game cycles and continuity. Modern education is based on relationship between subjects and reconstruction of their culture as a result. The game has significant place as an instrument in modern education process.
