The aim of the master thesis is to provide company “Personalo valdymo projektai” with a strategic plan for upcoming five years period. The author taking into acount the present work of the company (services, competitors, market, etc.) suggests strategic decissions that would increase efficiency of the company.

Theoretical aspects of the topic, current situation of the company and strategic decissions are presented in the main parts of the thesis. The first part interprets concepts of strategy, strategic planning and strategic management defined by Lithuanian and foreign authors. The benefit and usage of PEST and SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Force model is also an object of the first part.

Company’s services, clients, competitors, work methods, values are presented in the second part of the thesis. PEST and SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Force model are applied to analyze macro – environment, inner strengths and weaknesses of the company, and also competitive environment that company “Personalo valdymo projektai” makes decisions.

Strategic plan for the five-year period is projected in the third part of the thesis. Action plan for achieving strategic goals is also provided. In the end of the thesis recommendations that help to achieve five-year strategy are made to enable the company to secure its stability in the market.
