There in the work has been set Environment protection’s management system (EPMS) benefit for the enterprise in economical, social, environmental attitude and the EPMS implementation stimulating and limiting factors, evaluated company employees’ input implementing the EPMS and given recommendations and suggestions developing the present the EPMS situation.

Doing quantitative research (questionnaire) there were questioned 250 SC "Siauliu Energija" employees. There were estimated that most of the respondents care about the environment, know environmental protection problems at the company. There is ascertained that after the implementation of the EPMS there can be reduced staples and energy outlays and reduce or even avoid environmental protection fines. Thanks the EPMS there would be developed the company’s image and employees culture. After the implementation of this system, there would raise the existing environmental protection risk understanding level, developed company’s results in environmental protection field, reduced company’s proceeding impact to the environment. Thanks the system the enterprise would react on time to the new jurisdictional (environmental) requirements and would easily warrant environment protection. Hypothesis that the EPMS implementation mostly stimulate environment protection efficiency increase which improves not only the enterprise’s image but reduce environment protection costs as well, has proved.
