Malfunctions in writing of primary school pupils

Applying new technologies made a great revolution in our life. We spend more and more time working on computer and surfing the Internet. Because of this less time is left for reading. No wonder why primary school learners have writing problems. That‘s why I decided to discuss this problem in my master‘s work under the headline “Writing disabilities in primary school learners“

The goal of this work is to determine writing disabilities in primary classes and find out its reasons and character.

For this purpose 197 pupils were chosen and their writing abilities were examined.

Received data showed that dominating errors were of phonetic character and were related to inacurate usage of sounds in speaking language. Moreover, it showed pupils disability to distinguish similar sounds by hearimg and make non – formed word sound syllable analysis and synthesis.

Finally, trying to improve primary learners‘ writing abilities, is necessarry to eliminate speech impediments paying attention to exact usage of vowels and consonants and to improve sound analysis skills and try to eliminate disabled language phenomenon.
