The review of a PivotTable, the PivotTables and PivotCharts has been performed in the study. The possibilities provided by the PivotTables when preparing the reports have been analyzed. The action with PivotTables has been analyzed. The formation principles of the PivotTables have been described. The review of business management system has been made. The activity and management model of the Company has been developed. The database of Trading Company has been developed by means of the program Microsoft Office Access 2007. The rate of the development of the PivotTable depending on the PivotTable data source and the number of data source entries has been traced. The rate of the development of the PivotTable depending on the number of PivotTable fields and on the number of unique values of the PivotTable has been traced.

The PivotTable is a primary part of the business management system in the respect of the dynamic data analysis. The investigation of the practice possibilities of the PivotTables in the business management systems has demonstrated that in case of a huge number of data the PivotTable is not able to perform promptly the data analysis. Consequently, it is recommended to practice the PivotTables in small Companies with inconsiderable databases. The PivotTables are specific in respect to that their reports are very dynamic and powerful. Plenty reports might be developed from a single PivotTables. Additionally, a single PivotTable can replace a number of column type reports.
