Improvement of personnel training organization in JSC„Consena”

In this master work there is shown tendencies of personnel training in Lithuanian business organizations. As this work objective is chosen organizations personnel training activities system. Determined goal is to accomplish theoretical analysis of personnel training activities, that allows to explore personnel training activities of joint stock company „Consena”, and provide suggestions for system development.

Work consists of three main parts. In first part there is analyzed literature about personnel training. Also there is shown conception of analyzed activity, object, personnel training content and its main parts, methods of creating and realizing training.

In second part of work there is done analysis of situation in joint stock company „Consena” related with personnel training. All the information is collected using questionnaire. Through the analysis of data provided by the respondents there was formulated main personnel training activity problems in organization.

Third part of master’s work is made to improve organization of personnel training in JSC „Consena”. In accordance with scientific literature there is built personnel training system solving upraised problems. For that purpose there is given methodology how to ascertain need of personnel training, and also built training program and schemes.
