Statistical analysis of drugs impact

The investigation was carried out in two stages. During the first stage the data was accumulated

for processing (investigation of the sample homogeneity and normality); the second stage implied

solution of the statistical tasks (solution of the tasks, which correspond to the goals of the thesis).

The methods of data analysis and the models of binary logistic and linear logistic regression were

applied.

Application of the statistical methods is very important in medicine. It assists in investigation of

the efficiency of different drugs, in fixing the links, which help to reveal the interdependence of

parameters quickly and efficiently and to draw the conclusions on the efficiency of the selected

method of treatment or the drugs under investigation. However, such medicinal investigations are

not always accessible and are quite expensive.
