It was established that the following types of personality dominate among the students: enterprising type of personality and social type of personality. The harmonious model of student’s personality predominates in the programme of recreation studies; the least internal harmony was in the programme of forestry studies.

The students of disharmonious personality type and partially corresponding to the professional orientation are more motivated for “acquisition of knowledge” than the rest.

The model of personality type and the correspondence of the personality type to the chosen profession do not have any influence on the motive “learning of profession”. All the students, notwithstanding their compatibility or incompatibility to the professional orientation or correspondence to the J. Holland’s code, are mostly motivated for the “acquisition of diploma”.
