The literature on the subject selected has been analysed in the part of literature analysis and the definitions of teamwork as well as microclimate of organization by different authors have also been presented within this part. The second part of the paper is subjected to the tests of teamwork (“Team Puls”) and microclimate and their records. |

Having assessed the indices obtained, it is possible to state that teamwork as well as microclimate are interdependent objects, i.e. effective and fluent teamwork corresponds to favourable microclimate of organization and vice versa. The conclusions as well as recommendations are presented having analysed and generalized theoretical material and assessed the research results obtained. |
